A 40,000 square foot creative workspace community, THE QUAD at Brittmoore brings much needed modern office space to the greater West Houston area. The four building renovation is designed to provide contemporary workplace amenities and integrate the former industrial buildings into the streetscape. Contemporary design elements and branding along with a shared community lounge and grab-and-go retailer will incoporate the office park into the surrounding neighborhood.
The design strategy for the exterior includes a very dynamic graphic vinyl wrap intended to spark a moment of curiosity from the busy street, while still maintaining a modern, industrial edge.
