The vision for Waltonwood Leadmine was to create a space that is not only functional and safe for its residents but also aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. Located on a scenic 5-acre site at the corner of Leadmine and Philcrest Roads, this congregate care facility is a thoughtful blend of assisted living and memory care units.
The development provides secure housing for 100 residents, including 30 units dedicated to memory care. Our design approach focused on creating a harmonious and supportive environment for seniors, with special attention to the unique needs of those in assisted living and memory care settings.
