Highland North Hills, a 12-story tower with 287 units and ground-floor retail, integrates within North Hill’s existing developments creating an upscale living destination with connectivity to adjacent retail spaces, public plazas, and offices.
Bridging urban living with neighborhood charm.
As the first residential building in the Main District, the high-rise needed to respect the existing two-story retail to the east and single-family residences to the west. Setbacks were introduced on the top five floors, creating substantial terraces and outdoor amenity decks. This design approach minimizes the perception of a continuous 12-story structure and provides residents with a more intimate and private living experience.
