The Wade is a prestigious condominium development in Raleigh’s historic Hayes Barton neighborhood. The architecture draws inspiration from classic, pre-war buildings of New York City, evoking a sense of timeless grandeur.

Cline was tasked with creating respite within each unit while keeping connected with the energy of Wade avenue. They would create 29 luxury units, ranging from two- and three-bedroom layouts.
Convenient luxury.
Residents enjoy the convenience and security with two gated garages, a rooftop terrace, private fitness center, and first-floor gathering room, also known as the owner’s retreat. The development also features a beautiful rose garden and pocket park.
