The Visioning Process

At Cline Design visually imagining a place is an essential part of the design process and is recorded in the form of sketches and computer models.  We call it the Visioning Process.  We have planners that are knowledgeable of architectural requirements and architects that are knowledgeable about planning requirements.  Together they are constantly imagining the places and buildings.  We visualize the place in 3-D, sketch and play with these 3-D ideas until we have a two-dimensional Master Plan. Once the framework of the plan has taken shape, the real 3-D tools can be applied.
